We report downtime and performance issues on our status page as soon as we are aware. 

If you are experiencing delays syncing your email and our status page isn't reporting any issues, please let us know at support@helloastro.com or on Facebook so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If we experience widespread downtime or syncing delays, we will send an email to active users and provide updates on our status page on social media.

Occasionally, when there is extremely high volume in new users, we need to turn a waitlist on for new sign ups to ensure existing users don't experience performance issues or problems syncing their email. We will indicate this on our homepage, helloastro.com and on our status page, helloastro.com/status, and aim to keep waitlist times as short as possible.
